Last Meeting

I. Call to order

Ryan Greenlee called to order the regular meeting of the AITP USI Student Chapter at 12:00 P.M. in Room 2009 in the Orr Center.

II. Roll call

Ryan conducted a roll call. The following persons were present:

1. Introduced what AITP was about to all attending.
2. Introduced all current officers attending.
3. Talked about the Memphis trip and what happens at the conference with discussion about all the different types of competitions.

1. Signed up new members. See Casey for who and how many.
2. Elected a new publicity chair [Tricia Tieken] and fundraising chair [Frances Meschino].
3. Frances has an idea for fundraising. She will look into it and bring information to the next meeting.
4. We voted to meet bi-monthly and our next meeting will be on October 3rd, 2009 @ 12:00 P.M. - Josh is going to find a room for us to use and have available during this time every other week. Suggested room to request was 2036 in the Orr center so that we can have a PC available.
