Meeting Minutes
October 31, 2008
I. Call to order
Ryan Greenlee called to order the regular meeting of the AITP USI Student Chapter at 12:02 P.M. in Room 2027 in the Orr Center.
II. Roll call
Ryan conducted a roll call. The following persons were present:

- Josh Sackett
- Christopher Schwenk
- Anthony Flamion
- Ben Lantaff
- Chad Barbre
- Casey Cambron
- Jason Nichols
- Tricia Tieken
III. Open issues
- Fund-raising.
- Bussiness club.
- Conference.
IV. New business
Ben Lantaff and Rebecca Adamson are currently working on the website for conference.
Need to get into groups for competitions.
Pac building for LAN party since we only have 5 weeks left and breaks we are inclined to move the dates to January 9, 10, and 11. Unanimous decision and voted in.
45 people maximum to participate. This way SODEXHO doesn’t have to provide our food at a cost.
Oklahoma city we will need $50 per person.
Talk to Dr. Khayum about Polo Shirts for the competition.
V. Adjournment
Ryan Greenlee adjourned the meeting at 12:23 P.M.
