Last Meeting

I. Call to order

Ryan Greenlee called to order the regular meeting of the AITP USI Student Chapter at 4:45 P.M. in Room 2017 in the Orr Center.

II. Roll call

Ryan conducted a roll call. The following persons were present:

1. 25 dollars to go to conference
2. Have not registered for AITP then 30 dollars instead of 40.
3. Must be a member of AITP to go to conference.
3. Join AITP in order to go to the AITP NCC.

1. Dave will be calling before the end of the meeting.
5. Josh’s update on trophies/badges.
1. 12”-6.50, 7” 5.25, ribbons for 24 cents each(40 letters each)

VI. Side Note

Went to Brandan’s office on Wednesday and discussed why USI staff was not at our meeting. He requested Ryan’s phone number and email to have them contact him. Information was provided.
Also went to ColorMax for printing of our Poster/Banner and due to costs being almost identical to previous charges we agreed I have begun having it printed. It should be ready for pickup on Tuesday or Wednesday February 24 or February 25. I will pay out of pocket to begin and then ask the group for a check to cover the expense.
