Last Meeting

I. Call to order

Ryan Greenlee called to order the regular meeting of the AITP USI Student Chapter at 12:08 P.M. in Room 2027 in the Orr Center.

II. Roll call

Ryan conducted a roll call. The following persons were present:

1. Turoni Pizza’s Sell at least 10 each at 10 bucks a piece. Turn in list by January 16th to Mr. Nolan.
2. USILAN.com is ready to begin registration
3. Need members to pay registration for Membership if still going to Oklahoma city in april.

• Monster.com listing of local jobs and have AITP begin sending the list so we could know the opportunities of our area and help the majors of CS/CIS be aware of jobs.
  Ryan did not want us spamming email to all of the students. Thinking a few will not want to see this list and would be more hassle than it is worth.
• Lan Party is ready to be done. Still need ribbons and trophy to use for the competition.
• Registration is an issue, Richard Smith is going to do the website; will be ready by Monday 12-8

  Prepay needed- up to 45 people
